501-117, 501-118:
The climber consists of several sizes of galvanized pipe welded or held together by fittings to form various play activities in a concise space saving configuration.

Pipe sizes are:
Main Support Posts: 1 7/8” OD, 13 gauge
Horizontal Ladder: 1 7/8” OD, 13 gauge, 1” OD 14 gauge rungs 6’8” H
Sliding Posts: 1 7/8” OD, 13 gauge, 10’ H rails: 1 3/8” OD 14 gauge
Turning Bars: 1 3/8” OD 14 gauge

All pipe is produced in a patented in line triple zinc flo-coating process that provides a smooth shiny uniform appearance with up to 25% greater strength and lighter weight for comparable sizes.

Hardware shall be zinc-plated clamps with button head bolts and nuts. Pipe plugs shall be plastic or aluminum.

902-299, 902-300, 902-301, 902-302:
Shall be fabricated of 5” O.D. galvanized steel. All steel tubing shall be fabricated from FloCoat galvanized steel. The patented in-line triple zinc coating process provides a smooth shiny uniform appearance with up to 25% greater corrosion resistance than galvanized schedule 40 pipe along with greater strength and lighter weight for comparable sizes.

Independent testing shows up to 6 times greater corrosion resistance when powder coating over bare steel. FloCoat galvanized triple-coat corrosion protection 8, 11 or 13 Gauge, powder coated, with a 50,000 PSI yield and 55,000 PSI tensile strength.

Aluminum dome style top cap is factory riveted with stainless rivet. All attachments shall be direct bolt via self-tapping torx screws. All parts shall be steam cleaned with iron phosphate to provide better corrosion and adhesion and have a baked-on electrostatically applied polyester dry powder coating.

All products shall be oven baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure superior paint adhesion. We use stainless steel, vandal-resistant hardware: button head cap screws. Some climbers will feature ¾” polyethylene routed plastic climbing panels along with 16mm galvanized core rope with egg and tee connectors with 3/8″ threaded rod connections. All rope shall feature 16 mm steel cable wrapped in durable nylon.
