All domes shall be permanent mold cast aluminum 58 ¾” square and 2’ high in the
center. Large center hole is 18” in diameter and 20 small holes are 6” in diameter. Small holes shall be conveniently located for climbing. All edges are rounded and smooth.

Domes are finished with powder coated polyester paint. All circular ladders are fabricated from 1” diameter cast aluminum rings with a 20” OD. Uprights shall be 1 5/8” OD 13 gauge hot dipped galvanized tube.

All rings are finished with powder coated polyester paint. All climbing grilles shall be permanent mold cast aluminum 55” wide. Vertical and horizontal 1” x 1” members are rounded and arranged for bilateral climbing.

All grilles are finished with powder coated polyester paint.

All nets shall be fabricated from permanent mold cast aluminum bars and 4/0 hot dipped galvanized chain.

Plastic Slides shall be rotationally molded from heavy duty high impact UV
polyethylene. The transitional plate shall be ¼” steel hot dipped galvanized.
All threaded end of bolts protruding beyond nuts must be but off and peened over to remove any sharp edges. All equipment must be installed according to general assembly instructions provided by manufacturer.

A limited lifetime guarantee on all aluminum domes, aluminum climbing grilles and
circular ladders rings applies. All other components are covered by a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
